Rev CGLarson_600x800The purpose of this course is to prepare pastors for effectively leading a congregation in the current realities of the 21st century. Special attention is paid to ministry within a post-Christian context. The course focuses on the theology of leadership, along with the practical implementation of biblical leadership. The student explores what it means to communicate effectively with both Christians and non-Christians, leadership development in a congregational setting, conflict prevention and resolution, and congregational healing after conflict.
